Cancellation Policy
There is a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you miss or cancel an appointment for any reason without giving 24-hours notice, you will incur a cancellation fee for the full cost of the treatment. If you cancel your appointment with more than 24-hours notice you will be refunded your deposit. Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend this appointment.
